Three College Lacrosse Teams Converge on Mahtomedi for Weekend Battle | Sports & Recreation

Mahtomedi is hosting 3 college games this weekend featuring two top MCLA college lacrosse teams.  The teams that will be playing are St John’s University ranked 6th in the country, North Dakota State ranked 11th in the country and Creighton from Omaha NE.  Most of the players on St John’s and North Dakota State played for high schools in and around the Twin Cities.  If you are a High School player and you want to see the speed of the college game or a third grader that just wants to see what lacrosse is all about this event will get you fired up for the spring lacrosse season.  All the games will be played on the “New” Mahtomedi HS turf varsity field.
 
-Friday March 23rd at 8:00 PM #6 St John’s v #11 North Dakota State (Featured Game) The cost is  $3 for adults and $2 for students 6 and under are free and there will be concessions for sale.

-Saturday March 24th 10:00 AM #11 North Dakota State v Creighton (No gate fee).

-Sunday March 25th 11:00 AM Creighton v #6 St Johns(No gate fee).
